One of the things that I really wanted to accomplish this year was to run (jog is more like it) a 5K. Well I am proud of myself because today I did it!!!!!!!!!! I kicked that 3.1 miles butt (not really...it mostly kicked mine but it sounds better that way)!!! I finished in 34 minutes and although that isn't a time to write home about I will take it because I reached my goal of finishing.
Not pretty but I did it!!!! Sweet run-
